Housing Services is seeking a highly experienced Technical Specialist with expertise in Gas Safety, Radon, and Legionella to support compliance across residential properties. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation meets all statutory and regulatory obligations while maintaining safe and compliant living environments.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing key service programmes, overseeing risk management processes, and ensuring robust quality assurance standards are maintained. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will provide authoritative guidance on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practice, ensuring the Service remains compliant and well-prepared for any regulatory changes.

Experience in data compliance and the effective use and management of asset management systems is essential, ensuring accurate record-keeping, reporting, and regulatory transparency across all service areas. You will work collaboratively across teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality, compliant services to residents. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
