Caretaking and Cleaning Services are seeking to appoint four organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated Cleaners, who will be based at the new leisure centre within the Radcliffe Hub, 17 Blackburn Street, Manchester M26 1NN.

About the Role

The salary for this post will be Grade 3, approximately £7,363pa plus relevant matrix payment. Core hours can be 6.00am to 9.00am and/or 5.00pm to 8.00pm all year round including weekends but these can be subject to change according to premises requirements. This post is on an alternating shift basis of 4 days in, 3 days off alternating between weeks. Alternatively, it could be worked as 3 or 2 weekdays plus one weekend day alternating each week. It will be an all year round position for 10.5 hours per week on average including alternate weekends or weekend days. This can be discussed within the interview as it needs mutual agreement to be reached for the shift patterns to work.

This role includes the responsibility of cleaning, ensuring to keep a high standard of clean within the whole building, as well as deep cleaning areas on a rotation basis continuously. You must be physically capable of undertaking the duties required. Living locally and/or having own transport can be an advantage. Relevant experience can be an asset although not essential as training will be provided.
