The predicted salary is between 31650 - 37659 £ per year.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Salary: Grade 6 (Currently £26,528 FTE) – Actual salary £21,509 pro‑rata.

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Morning from 5:30 am or afternoon up to 9 pm to fit with caretaker rota. Weekend work may also be required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain outstanding standards of maintenance and cleanliness around the school.
  • Key‑holding duties.

Requirements

  • An enthusiastic and energetic person with a trade background and/or relevant experience is an advantage, although not essential – training will be provided.
  • Employees of Bury Council must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and ensuring that they are protected from harm.
  • Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
