About the role
We are seeking a conscientious, hardworking teaching assistant (level 2) for Millwood School, an inclusive special education provider dedicated to children with significant additional educational needs.
Millwood School is set in a spacious, state‑of‑the‑art facility that includes a hydrotherapy pool, specialist play and therapy equipment, and extensive grounds.
Responsibilities
- Be warm, supportive, resilient and nurturing, demonstrating unconditional positive regard to all pupils.

- Commit to creating a safe and fun learning environment.
- Work across the school as part of a team, under the guidance of the classroom teacher, to implement agreed programmes of study, therapy programmes and individual behaviour plans.

Requirements
