Make a real difference to homes, safety and resident wellbeing. We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance service. This is a specialist role where you will lead on the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of disrepair issues across our housing stock ensuring our homes are safe, decent, compliant and fit for human habitation. If you’re passionate about building pathology, quality standards, problem solving and improving customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- A degree/diploma in Building Surveying, Construction or related field or equivalent experience.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the borough.
