This role provides administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Responsibilities include managing general correspondence, supporting staff and senior leaders, maintaining accurate pupil records, and assisting with admissions, safeguarding, and SEND processes. The role involves handling school communications, including emails, newsletters and social media, as well as supporting events, trips, and before and after school provision. The postholder will act as a key contact for parents and visitors, provide reception cover, and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, while contributing to a positive and efficient school environment.
