We are seeking a skilled and compassionate practitioner to support inclusive practice and pastoral care across the school. The role involves delivering targeted interventions for pupils with barriers to learning, building confidence, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. You will work closely with staff to ensure consistency in behavioural development and academic progress, while taking responsibility for the pastoral care and wellbeing of students under your remit.
