Housing Services are looking for a technical expert in the area of Fire Safety. You will have the required professional qualifications and have experience working in Fire Safety within a residential setting.

Your responsibilities will include managing the Council Housing annual Fire Risk Assessment programme and the fire risk management plan, and to ensure that the Service remains compliant in the area of Fire Safety. You will have experience in investigating, managing and resolving issues in this technical area, and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach in the management of Fire Safety and the development of a Fire Safety culture.

This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to be in the office at least two days a week.
