Overview

Hours: 37, Term Time only plus 3 days.

The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Administration Assistant to join our supportive team. We work with vulnerable young people who are in hospital due to mental health needs. The successful candidate will need to be committed to inspiring young people to achieve a brighter future. During their hospital admission we focus on educational continuity, recovery and next steps. The role will include school administration and use of management information and finance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and determination and be willing to go the extra mile to support vulnerable students
  • Experience of working with school age children and/or post 16 students
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • A full driving licence and be prepared to work across different sites
  • Experience dealing with examinations, finance and HR. Training can be given to further enhance your development within the school.
  • Experience working in an administrative role
