At Bury College, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of MIS to join our College Management Team. The successful Head of MIS will deliver quality, cross‑college Management Information Services in a way that supports the work of the College and wider Directorate. You will play a strategic role in maximising funding opportunities, ensuring continued data accuracy and overseeing robust funding returns, audit compliance and the delivery of high‑quality management information.
With a strong experience of FE/HE funding and data systems, you will play a key role in influencing key decisions, developing and empowering teams, focussing on College‑wide continuous improvement. We are looking for an ambitious, detail‑driven leader with exceptional analytical, communication and management skills; a commitment to inclusivity, excellence and supporting the College’s strategic mission and vision is essential. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, a good knowledge of project management principles and an ability to work to deadlines.
