Here at Bury College, we are seeking a Lecturer in Study Programme English on a full-time basis. The ideal Lecturer in Study Programme English candidate will deliver excellent and inclusive teaching, learning and assessment on our Study Programme English courses, inspiring learners to succeed and progress.

You will plan delivery so schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plans support learner programmes and undertake ongoing high-quality formative and summative assessment of learners\β work, both in class and through regular out of class activity to monitor progress.

We\βre looking for someone who holds a degree or equivalent in English (or a related subject area) and who has previous teaching experience on English (or related) courses.
Your experience will include producing effective schemes of work and lesson plans, and mean you are able to integrate high-quality formative assessments into classroom delivery.
