Toddlers Children’s Nursery is a small, friendly 49 place nursery in Whitefield. We have four rooms, two Baby rooms, Toddler room and Preschool room as well as a beautiful garden. We are situated next to Ribble Drive school, offering full days, school days and half-day sessions.

About the vacancy:

  • Opportunity for a Level 3 Apprentice to join our expanding, friendly setting.
  • You will be supported throughout your course and be surrounded by an experienced team who will help and guide you to gain your qualification.
  • You will be involved in planning and delivering high quality care to our children and maintaining our very high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out activities with the children
  • Planning activities to meet the needs of the children
  • Observing the children in their play
  • Ensuring all the children within the setting reach their full potential
  • Ensuring the children are happy and thriving in a caring environment
  • Safeguarding children
  • Supervising snacks and lunch

You will receive the following training:

  • Early Years Educator Level 3 Standard - This is a work‑based qualification with timetabled classes.

The starting salary is £12,563.20 a year for 32 hours Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.00 – 6.00pm. The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 9 Months.

We are based at Ribble Drive, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 8TD.
