About the vacancy
An immediate start has arisen with an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our small but busy practice. We are looking for a receptionist apprentice for an exciting role working within a small team.
- General everyday admin tasks
- Taking calls efficiently and friendly
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures
- Live interaction with internal and external customers
- Apply knowledge and skills to find solutions to complex challenges
- Taking bookings and checking in and out for appointments
- Sending and receiving of emails
- Liaising with other parties
- Filing
- Scanning
- Understanding the core values of the business
You will receive the following training:
- This is a work-based qualification with college attendance one day a month
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required

Outcome
There may be an opportunity to secure a full-time position on completion of the apprenticeship.
The starting salary is £15,184 a year for 36.5 hours Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday, 8.00am - 3.00pm. The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months.
