We’re a multi-discipline, multi-award winning law firm offering outstanding legal services to clients across Bolton, Bury and beyond. The role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly, providing vital support across both administrative and client-facing areas. Duties will include:

  • Providing general administrative support to your department
  • Opening files and liaising with solicitors and estate agents
  • Assisting in document preparation, printing, scanning and formatting
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, correspondence and mail
  • Managing and organising legal documents, case files, and records
  • Maintaining and updating electronic filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors when they visit the office
  • Requesting and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned

You will receive the following training: Business Administrator L3 Standard. This qualification requires college attendance once per month.

Qualifications

  • Essential: English (GCSE - C/4 or above or equivalent)

We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. The starting salary is £14,560 a year for 35 hours Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 9 Months.

We are based at 14 Market Street, Bury, BL9 0AJ.
