We are a specialist commercial estate agent acting on behalf of business owners who, for varied reasons, wish to sell their business. We deliver a bespoke service for a wide variety of clients ranging from the retail sector, day nurseries and large multi-million-pound enterprises.
Blacks Business Brokers are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers to gain valuable hands-on experience, receive professional training and develop the skills needed for a successful career in customer service.
- Launch new businesses onto the market
- Input client details and update client records
- Provide weekly and even daily updates to our clients by phone and email
- Deal with customer queries
- Research potential business buyers online
- Support team members
- Speak to customers to enquire if they wish to sell their business
You will receive the following training:
- Qualification requires college attendance once per month
- Additional college attendance may be required for functional skills

Outcome
We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
The starting salary is £15,600 a year for 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year 4 Months. We are based at 17 ST. MARYS PLACE, BURY, BL9 0DZ.
