Are you a HPC registered Physiotherapist with a passion for health and wellbeing? Would you like to help more people back to health and keep them that way? We are looking for a practitioner to grow the non-surgical spinal Decompressive-oscillation therapy we offer in our centre.
Demand for this therapy is high and we are one of only circa 60 centres in the UK to be able to offer this innovative technology - the gold standard for disc injuries. The treatment is best suited for patients with disc injuries, for those who have tried everything to no avail, for those who have arm or leg symptoms, for those who have been offered surgery but want to exhaust every option first, and for those with disc herniations/bulges/tears and/or degeneration.
This revolutionary therapy achieves fantastic results without the need for hands-on therapy, reduces the need for surgery by approximately 92% in those that have been recommended it, and the best part is that the machine does all the heavy work for you, eliminating pressure on your hands. It layers strong scar tissue in the injured disc so that it can withstand the forces placed upon it and alongside Chiropractic care (which helps to align the spine, so the pressure is placed upon the right part of the disc) helps to restore normal function.
Long-lasting results are achieved by recommending the appropriate level of ongoing care alongside our existing therapists. We are already one of the busiest centres in the country to offer this therapy and we have big plans. Our aim is to be the go-to place in the UK for people with disc injuries. We have lofty ambitions - to add more machines and to be the biggest and the best.
We are looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic, dynamic, and someone who will become part of the driving force behind this non-surgical back and neck pain solution. We are also looking for someone who is a team player and who will work alongside (and refer to) our team of Chiropractors and massage therapists. You will have the full support of our experienced team, with easy to follow robust processes in place. Comprehensive training will be given as well as regular, ongoing personal development.
A very competitive remuneration package is on offer. You will have excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence would be ideal too. Sounds great? It's a busy role in a busy centre so think carefully as it isn’t for everyone. But if you are bright, warm, and self-motivated with a "can do" attitude you will be perfect.
We believe this therapy is revolutionising the way spinal healthcare is treated and as an early adopter you will be at the forefront of delivering this exciting therapy. If you would like to be considered for this unique opportunity then we would like to hear from you, just click apply and upload your CV today and tell us why you think this role is suitable for you.
If you’re the right person for this role and are currently unable to work in the UK we can support you with sponsorship. Please kindly note - FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS WORTH OF CLINICAL EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH PATIENTS IN ANY SETTING. You must also be fluent in English. Regretfully, we will not be able to offer the position to anyone who does not have this experience.
The salary has a base rate per annum plus VERY achievable MONTHLY bonuses which are uncapped and would take your earnings to anywhere between £35,000 - £50,000 in the first year and more in subsequent years. Please kindly note that previous applicants need not apply.
