Persona is hiring Care & Support Workers to assist older people and adults with a learning disability in our short stay service.

You will work on a rota that includes mornings, days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with 26 or 27.5 hours per week.

The pay starts at £13.75 per hour and rises to £13.85 after training and probation.

No prior social care experience is required; a caring nature, good communication and empathy are essential.
