We are currently looking for 2 kind, caring and passionate Care Assistants to join our team, working night shifts at Whitefield House.
Shift pattern: 9:00pm – 8:00am (paid for an 11‑hour shift)
Contracts available:
- 22 hours per week
- 33 hours per week
Additional night shifts will also be available.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, person‑centred care, helping our residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
- Supporting residents with night‑time routines and wellbeing
- Carrying out domestic duties as required
- Assisting with laundry tasks
- Supporting residents to maintain independence wherever possible
