Killelea House is a care setting dedicated to supporting residents in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. We are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring residents’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Following their latest successful CQC inspection, the now Outstanding Killelea offers adult rehabilitation for those who have suffered a health condition and are well enough to leave hospital but may not be ready to live independently again at their own home.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey. This is a dynamic environment where individuals’ needs can change daily, meaning flexibility, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support customers with their recovery, day‑to‑day activities, and personal goals, helping them move towards a more independent lifestyle.
We currently have 3 positions available for full-time day shifts or night shifts, you must be able to work every other weekend and your rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance:
- 34.5 hours per week - day shifts (shift options include: 08:00am-8:00pm, 08:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-8:00pm)
- 36 hours per week - night shifts (8:00pm-08:00am)
- 42 hours per week - night shifts (8:00pm-08:00am)
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care and rehabilitation support

About You
