About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to service users in their home settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans while fostering a supportive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting with medication as required
  • Meal preparation and light household duties
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients with mobility and daily activities
  • Maintaining accurate care records
