If so, Persona is offering an exciting opportunity for a creative enterprise lead to take the lead in a unique, hands‑on creative service.
About you
- We’re looking for someone with energy, creativity, and a strong belief in people’s potential.
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable, along with a good understanding of health and safety and safeguarding.
- Positive, flexible and have a “can-do” attitude.
- Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to thrive.

About the role
This is not your typical role. As our creative enterprise lead, you will be at the heart of an innovative heat press and printing enterprise, leading both the creative vision and the day‑to‑day production. You will work alongside people we support, helping them to design and produce high-quality printed products such as clothing, textiles, and promotional items. But more importantly, you will be supporting people to develop practical skills, confidence and a sense of pride in their work. From guiding creative ideas and interpreting design briefs, to overseeing production and ensuring quality standards, you will play a key role in building an environment that is both productive and empowering.
