£47,181 rising to £48,226 on completion of satisfactory induction, probationary period and registration with CQC.

We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and inspiring Supported Living Operations Manager to lead and manage the supported living portfolio.

About you

  • Be able to develop and role model excellent relationships and collaboration with external stakeholders including commissioners, people’s circles of support, and regulators, ensuring Persona's reputation is highly regarded.

You will be the CQC registered manager for the delivery of regulated activities.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Operational experience of Health and Social Care, with experience of leading and managing within the sector.
  • Operational experience of managing dispersed services and staff teams - you will be leading and managing an off-rota team of 8 service managers with allocated areas.
  • Level 5 or equivalent professional/management qualification.
  • Experience of budget management.
  • Experience of being a CQC registered manager and being involved in regulatory inspections.
  • Experienced and confident in the use of ICT systems and equipment including but not limited to: Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, care management software).

You will be supporting and leading a dispersed team, ensuring services deliver the highest quality support to those who use our services. Success in your role means that people we support will be empowered by the highest quality support that enables a positive impact. This role will require you to be registered with the Care Quality Commission.

We support people with learning disabilities and older people within Bury, Greater Manchester. We provide a range of services for adults who have learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs. These services are very diverse and offer a unique and exciting opportunity to empower people we support.
