Bury Care Academy is seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Trainer to join our team in Bury.
This role focuses on developing and delivering training packages to new and current staff, supporting career pathways in adult social care, and coordinating work experience placements.
You will lead on development projects, manage our Care Ambassador Scheme, work with schools and providers, and support outreach activities to raise the profile of adult social care as a career.
