KV Care are Recruiting! Community Support Worker (Full Time)
Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference every day? We have one full-time Community Support Worker vacancy available to join our growing team.
As a Community Support Worker, you will support adults and children in their own homes and within the local community, helping them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Our customers have varying levels of need, so no two days are the same. Whether you're experienced in care or looking for a new career, we'll provide you with all the support you need to succeed.
Working Pattern
We operate a 6-week rolling rota to help support a healthy work-life balance. Your rota will include a mixture of:
- Early shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend working
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as the role involves travelling to people’s homes across Bury and surrounding areas.
Please note: this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with medication administration
- Providing personal care support
- Assisting with daily living activities such as shopping, cooking and cleaning
- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access community and local activities
- Providing companionship, social support and benefits support
About You: Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a UK-based care setting
- Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a 6-week rolling rota basis.
