We work with local authorities and private clients with personal budgets, providing tailored home care services to individuals with mental health diagnoses, physical health conditions, learning disabilities, and low‑ to high‑level health care needs. Our aim is to support recovery, promote independence, and help minimise hospital admissions.
As a Community Support Worker, you will support adults and children in their own homes and within the community. You will assist with all aspects of daily living, promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while helping people to live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives. We have both part‑time and full‑time opportunities available, with hours ranging from 16‑32 hours per week. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as the role involves travelling to people’s homes across Bury and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting with medication administration
- Providing personal care support
- Assisting with daily living activities such as shopping, cooking and cleaning
- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access community and local activities
- Providing companionship, social support and benefits support
- Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Essential: Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a UK-based care setting
- Essential: Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a rolling rota basis.
