About the role

We are looking for someone to provide efficient administration support for our Shared Lives Service. Key duties include managing records, coordinating appointments, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring smooth operation of the Shared Lives team.

About you

You are methodical, structured, and confident in the use of IT, especially Excel. You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email to ensure everything happens as planned. You will work closely with the Shared Lives team and can be based at Basecamp in Central Bury or from home (discussed at interview). Flexibility is key; you may work your hours over 1 or 2 days to suit you.

Requirements

Satisfactory disclosure at the appropriate level under the Disclosure and Barring Service is required prior to appointment. We do not currently offer sponsorship.
