Who We Are
Bridge House Residential is set in a Victorian country home offering a special blend of traditional elegance and modern facilities, set within one and a half acres of landscaped gardens. The home is situated in the heart of the community, close to bus routes, motorway links and a variety of shops. Bridge House has 30 bedrooms with large en-suite shower rooms and flat screen televisions, as well as an emergency call system for extra peace of mind. Set across two floors, the home has five communal lounges which are there for residents to use as they wish, whether relaxing with a book, taking part in an activity or catching up with friends and family, who are welcome to visit at any time. The home boasts newly landscaped gardens, making it the perfect setting for people to enjoy in the warmer months.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bridge House site. You will lead with passion and professionalism whilst ensuring the highest standards of care and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for CQC compliance, inspections, and ongoing quality standards
- Lead, support, and manage the care team to deliver safe, consistent care
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and performance issues as required
- Build and maintain professional relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals
About You
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of residential care standards
- Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
