About the Role
Working hours
Our service provides care seven days a week between 7:00am and 10:00pm.
We welcome applications from candidates seeking both full-time and part-time hours .
Our Bury service is predominantly looking for individuals available between 3:00pm and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday, and for full-day shifts at weekends.
Please indicate your preferred working days and hours on the application form.
We're particularly looking to cover evenings and weekends. We're proud to offer flexible zero-hour contracts where you can choose to work as many hours as you'd like.
Please note: this role is paid for care delivery time only, with mileage between calls reimbursed at 30p per mile. This is not a block pay position.
Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have current and valid documentation to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
- Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
- Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Supporting emotional well-being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
- Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.
About You & What You'll Need

- UK Driving licence and own vehicle is essential within certain routes/locations (We pay 30p per mile fuel allowance)
