Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week on a 5/7 rotational shift pattern. Shift time: 21:30 to 07:30, including weekends and bank holidays. The role is part-time with an alternating work pattern averaging 35 hours per week.

Location: Global Leadership Centre, Park End Street, Oxford.

About The Role: Saïd Business School is seeking professional and customer-focused Night Guest Services Officers for the newly established team at the Global Leadership Centre. This overnight position is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while delivering a high standard of guest service. As the primary point of contact outside core operating hours, you will support resident guests, visitors and staff, ensuring continuity of service throughout the night. You will play a vital role in upholding the School’s reputation and ensuring the building is fully prepared for the day ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Monitor building access, issue and log keys and access cards.
  • Carry out basic first-fix maintenance tasks where appropriate (e.g., temperature control, AV resets).
  • Support deliveries and operational needs during early/late hours.
  • Respond calmly to incidents including fire alarms and first aid situations.

Qualifications: Professional, reliable team members with experience in high-end, front-facing roles supporting executive or VIP clients. Must be comfortable taking responsibility, work confidently independently and as part of a 24/7 close-knit team, and be flexible, adaptable, and positive about working in a newly established team.

Requirements: Right to Work within the UK is required.
