Park End Street, Oxford 36.5 hours per week Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is seeking a motivated and highly organised MBA Recruitment Advisor to help drive our world-class MBA recruitment strategy. As the MBA Recruitment Advisor, you will support the recruitment process for the Oxford MBA programme under the guidance of the MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, providing expert advice and tailored support to prospective applicants, and helping to convert high-calibre candidates into enrolled students. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for prospective MBA applicants, offering tailored advice and guidance. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through one-on-one support, visits and School events. Work closely with colleagues across Recruitment, Marketing, Careers and Alumni teams. Contribute to updates and improvements for brochures, websites and internal communications. Represent the School externally, serving as a professional and informed ambassador. You will be an effective and engaging communicator with strong planning, organisational and time management skills. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, cross-cultural awareness and enthusiasm for engaging with people. Additionally, a high level of discretion and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
