Due to continued expansion, Burtons Medical Equipment is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair, and commissioning of our wide range of equipment at customer locations within your designated region. As this is a field-based position, applicants must be located within the service area. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring equipment is maintained and operating to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing, repairing, and commissioning veterinary-specific equipment.
  • Working in line with company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines.
  • Following equipment method statements and service bulletins.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Completing the required number of daily service calls as directed by the Field Service Management Team.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service.
  • Collaborating with the customer Support team to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of service visits.
  • Accurately completing service reports and documentation.
  • Maintaining tools, testing equipment, and vehicle stock levels.
