What does your typical day look like?
Working the night shift: 10pm β 6am, Monday to Friday. Your tasks include packing, stacking, and inspection of biscuits. You will handle picking and placing biscuits quickly, packing them into boxes, and stacking onto pallets. You should be able to read date codes and check seal integrity. You will also ensure the safe operation of equipment and produce quality products according to recipes.
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
- Experience in high-speed food manufacturing is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently after training.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling within site limits.
