Join Aligra as a Driving Recruitment Resourcer in our client’s Liverpool team, where you’ll play a vital role in sourcing qualified drivers for top logistics employers. Use innovative lead generation and social media strategies while developing your expertise in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The role is offered on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday. For the right candidate we can offer flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage qualified van driver candidates using ATS tools
  • Holding recruitment days at a variety of locations including Stoke, Liverpool & Preston
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments
  • Build and maintain strong internal and candidate relationships
  • Manage social media channels to promote vacancies
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with UK employment law

Requirements:

  • Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in transportation/logistics
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building
  • Social media recruitment experience is advantageous
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
