We employ exceptional people who are engaged and rewarded for the value they bring to our business, and now we’re looking for two motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Advisors to join our team in our Leeds West branch. If you share our passion for outstanding customer service, quality products and integrity, then we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do –
- Assist in the attainment of monthly and annual sales targets for the branch, through pro-actively identifying and maintaining customer relationships to maximise sales potential;
- Follow up on all sales quotes and leads in a timely manner;
- Forge strong working relationships with all key accounts, managing expectations around product availability and delivery schedules;
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse, external sales and credit control teams;
- Record activity and utilise internal systems accurately.
What We’re Looking For –
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Previous experience in a sales role in a builders’ or roofing merchants is essential;
- A team player with a customer-first attitude;
- IT confident – comfortable using sales/order systems;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
