A leading company within the High Pressure Water Jetting Industry is currently seeking a Workshop Mechanic to join their team based in Bury. This organisation operates across all areas of the sector, including administration, engineering, parts, training, hire, service, and sales, offering a full range of quality products essential to the drainage industry.

Role Overview: This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing high pressure water jetting machines
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults on jetting machines, equipment, and vehicles
  • Performing maintenance on plant and equipment to a high standard
  • Identifying faults and repairing equipment both on-site and at customer locations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Timely completion of service records and test certificates
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
  • Assisting with the delivery and collection of equipment when necessary
  • Supporting the operation and repair of concrete cutting equipment
  • Confined space training is beneficial but can be provided if needed
  • A Class 2 driving licence is advantageous

Salary: Dependent on experience
