The Role
As a Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant, you'll take ownership of more complex support issues, ensuring customers receive an excellent service while working alongside consultants, developers and the wider support team.

- Manage and resolve customer support queries via phone, email and customer portal.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central issues.
