A rare in-house Head of Marketing role leading the marketing function across a portfolio of distinctive consumer brands. This is a senior, strategic appointment reporting into the principal, with the remit to connect the dots across the group, set the marketing agenda for each brand, and build a high-performing in-house function.

The Role

  • Set and own the marketing strategy across the brand portfolio, working closely with project leads to advise where investment should sit and what outcomes it should deliver.
  • Build out an in-house team with the autonomy to shape the function as you see fit.
  • Lead activity across paid, organic, content, brand, CRM, social, and partnerships.
  • Provide marketing leadership on major upcoming projects, including pre-launch campaigns.
  • Present each initiative as a commercial business case, with clarity on spend, return, and rationale.

About You

  • You will be an inspiring marketing leader with a track record of building, developing, and retaining strong teams.
  • You will have proven content credentials, with examples of work you can point to directly, and a demonstrable track record on social-led brand building.
  • You will be data-driven without being a slave to dashboards, comfortable caveating and contextualising numbers with brand and commercial judgement.
  • You will have operated across multiple consumer-facing brands at the same time.
