Our client, a well established and respected, growing, and successful IFA Practice, is seeking to recruit a driven, dynamic and ambitious, experienced Financial Advisor to join them as Head of Advisory to their team of experienced IFA Advisors within the financial planning firm.
The role offers the autonomy to build something meaningful, with healthy introductions and support from day one. Taking on a solid foundation of existing clients you will be tasked with leading, developing, and building a team within a business that values its people and embraces new ideas.
The ideal candidate will have the ambition and leadership skills to build and continue the department's success, whilst leading by example, implementing processes, and laying the groundwork for future growth. With the firm’s full support, you’ll have the scope to recruit and develop your own team as demand increases.
You will ideally be Chartered status (or equivalent), with a proven track record in delivering holistic, expert advice on pensions, investments, and general financial planning, tailoring strategies to individual client needs and goals.
