Entertainment & Contingency Loss Adjuster – Home-Based (UK)

About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a talented and experienced Loss Adjuster to join their well-established Entertainment & Contingency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the entertainment sector to work on a diverse range of claims across film, television, music, and live events.
The RoleReporting to the Director of Entertainment & Contingency, you will manage a varied portfolio of claims from initial investigation through to final settlement. This role offers flexibility with home-based working and occasional travel to the client’s offices in Westbury and London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims in a professional and efficient manner
- Liaise effectively with insured parties, insurers, and brokers to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Conduct on-site investigations and damage assessments
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports in line with industry standards and internal guidelines
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Entertainment & Contingency team
- Identify and explore opportunities for client growth and service enhancement
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
About You
- Experience in Entertainment & Contingency loss adjusting is essential
- Progress towards or possession of relevant professional qualifications is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and stakeholder management experience
- A positive reputation within the broker and insurer market is a distinct advantage
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
