Our client is currently seeking an individual to join their established team due to continued growth and success.

Role Overview: In this role, you will collaborate closely with Financial Advisers and fellow Paraplanners to provide comprehensive support in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports. Your responsibilities will encompass implementing recommendations, reviewing clients' financial situations, and maintaining meticulous records. Upholding professional standards and adhering to FCA regulations will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently address client queries and external communications, maintaining a clear and concise record of interactions.
  • Gather and organize client information in alignment with the 'know your client' principle and ensure compliance documentation accuracy.
  • Liaise with Financial Advisers to understand client objectives and compile financial planning reports.
  • Identify planning opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and assess investment portfolios and risk profiles.
  • Source and analyse information, quotes, and product details for comprehensive comparisons.
  • Draft suitability letters and reports for review by Senior Paraplanner and Financial Adviser, adhering to company policies.
