Our client, a leading global Loss Adjusting organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Property Claims professional to join their highly skilled Property Loss Adjusting team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Property Loss Adjusters, honing your expertise in handling Property Insurance claims up to Β£100,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle Property Insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
- Execute a wide range of Adjusting Instructions.
- Develop a strong understanding of claim evaluation and settlement procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain lasting, high-quality client relationships.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills both internally and externally.
- Utilise Excel, Word, and various IT systems proficiently for claim processing.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills to effectively manage caseload.
