I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client who is actively seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) and LS Retail. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation, working on large-scale projects with global exposure.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end solution design across both ERP and retail systems. You’ll act as the key link between business needs and technical delivery — driving solution architecture, leading workshops, and ensuring successful system implementation. This is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with strong client engagement, and who thrives on designing scalable solutions that make a real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design and delivery of D365BC and LS Retail solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into practical system designs.
- Guide internal teams and external partners through complex solution delivery.
- Provide thought leadership on best practice, security, scalability and performance.
- Support pre-sales and proposal development where needed.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft and LS Retail product roadmaps and industry trends.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Proven LS Retail implementation expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of retail processes: POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, loyalty, and omnichannel retailing.
- Experience with systems integration, APIs, and third-party solutions.
- Comfortable leading workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications in D365BC and LS Retail (preferred but not essential).
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, or wider Microsoft stack.
- Experience in global, multi-site, or multi-currency retail implementations.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
