As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking experienced AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS Residential Surveyors & Registered Valuers to join their successful and supportive team. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of residential property inspections and valuations, including:

  • Mortgage Valuations
  • Residential Surveys
  • Valuation Reports for private clients and panel members

The role offers a strong local focus, minimising excessive travel and allowing surveyors to operate efficiently within their designated area. You will work both remotely and alongside the wider team in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting residential property inspections and valuations
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with panel members and private clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports
  • Strong knowledge of residential property and local markets
  • Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
