Are you an experienced Delivery & Resource Manager with a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects?

We're working with a growing Microsoft Partner looking for someone to take ownership of resource planning, project staffing and delivery coordination across a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementations.

The Role

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Consultants and Leadership to ensure projects are appropriately resourced, delivery schedules are maintained and utilisation targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing consultant allocation across multiple projects.
  • Forecasting resource demand and future hiring requirements.
  • Working with Delivery Managers to resolve resource conflicts.
  • Monitoring utilisation, capacity and project timelines.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new consultants.
  • Improving resource planning processes and reporting.
  • Building strong relationships across delivery, sales and technical teams.
  • Helping drive successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for someone with

  • Experience in a Delivery, PMO, Resource or Resourcing Management role.
  • Previous experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP consultancy.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Experience using project/resource management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
