A well-established financial services firm based in Blackpool is seeking a Senior Administrator / Office Manager to join their team of eight. This is a newly shaped role created as the firm restructures its support function, with existing team members moving into other areas of the business. The successful candidate will take ownership of the administrative function whilst also acting as a central point of coordination across the wider team. The role blends hands-on administration with practice management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day work but also has the organisational mindset to oversee processes, allocate tasks, and ensure nothing falls between the cracks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the full administrative workflow supporting the wider team
  • Ensuring work is distributed appropriately, deadlines are met, and cases progress without delay
  • Reviewing and refining existing standard operating procedures and workflows to drive efficiency
  • Acting as the operational hub of the office, providing oversight and structure to daily activities
  • Liaising with providers, clients, and internal team members to maintain smooth service delivery
  • Supporting compliance and ensuring administrative standards are consistently upheld

About you:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or office management capacity
