Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects? We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager Team Leader to join our growing team — someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and driving successful outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple Business Central implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and support teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping clients and stakeholders informed.
  • Motivate, mentor, and support your team to achieve their best.
  • Champion best practices and continuous improvement across projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering Business Central/Dynamics NAV projects within a Partner environment.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Desirable

  • Experience with LS Central, Tasklet Factory, MobileNAV, or Sana Commerce.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • PRINCE2 Agile or PMP certification.
  • Background in cloud-based ERP delivery.
