We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager Team Leader to join our growing team — someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and driving successful outcomes for clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple Business Central implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and support teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping clients and stakeholders informed.
- Motivate, mentor, and support your team to achieve their best.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement across projects.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience delivering Business Central/Dynamics NAV projects within a Partner environment.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Desirable
- Experience with LS Central, Tasklet Factory, MobileNAV, or Sana Commerce.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- PRINCE2 Agile or PMP certification.
- Background in cloud-based ERP delivery.
