The Role
- Set and own the marketing strategy across the brand portfolio, working closely with project leads to advise where investment should sit and what outcomes it should deliver.
- Build out an in-house team with the autonomy to shape the function as you see fit.
- Lead activity across paid, organic, content, brand, CRM, social, and partnerships.
- Provide marketing leadership on major upcoming projects, including pre-launch campaigns.
- Present each initiative as a commercial business case, with clarity on spend, return, and rationale.
About You

- You will have proven content credentials, with examples of work you can point to directly, and a demonstrable track record on social-led brand building.
- You will be data-driven without being a slave to dashboards, comfortable caveating and contextualising numbers with brand and commercial judgement.
- You will have operated across multiple consumer-facing brands at the same time.
- You will be commercially mature, comfortable presenting to a principal, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where each project stands on its own business case.
In Return:
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function for a portfolio of brands with genuine commercial momentum, with the backing to build an in-house team rather than rely on agencies. The role offers real autonomy, direct access to decision makers, and the chance to shape the marketing function from the centre out. The remuneration is competitive and company perks are fantastic.
