On behalf of a respected finance company, we are looking for a full time Branch Manager to lead its Preston branch.
Leading, mentoring and developing your branch team, helping each person grow and do their best work.
Being the face of the company in your community.
You will build genuine local relationships and partnerships, from delivering financial education in local schools to supporting good causes and attending careers fairs and community events.
Making sure the branch runs well and that members always receive fair, positive outcomes, in line with the company's standards and regulatory expectations.
Handling member queries and complaints with care, putting things right and knowing when to escalate.
It is about people, relationships and community, and about leading a team to deliver service that members genuinely value.
A relationship builder at heart, comfortable getting out into the community, networking and forming partnerships.
A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or
A background in an FCA or PRA regulated environment is a real bonus, though it is not essential.

Salary of £35,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% linked to business performance.
