National Business Development Manager
Salary: 50K – 60K + commission + car or allowance
Remote, field-based with some travel to client sites and head office

Their target sectors are essentially anywhere with parking but for the most part it’s:
- Retail Parks
- Shopping Centres
- Leisure and Hospitality
- Healthcare
- Education
- Commercial landowners and managing agents
The role involves managing the whole sales cycle, from the initial lead generation to securing the business and requires a self-starter who can work autonomously in a remote, field-based environment. This is a national role, and would require travel to deliver client presentations etc.
The ideal candidate has multi-sector experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B environment. Candidates with experience selling into commercial landowners and managing agents are of particular interest, but any experience in some of the above-mentioned sectors will also be hugely advantageous. Mostly, they are looking for someone who can knock doors, but is hugely long-term partnership focused.
