We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value, complex customers and play a key role in strengthening and maturing our account management function. This is a strategic, commercially focused role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to your customers, ensuring long-term value, retention, and growth. You’ll lead structured customer engagement, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and proactively identify opportunities to expand services, optimise delivery, and strengthen commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing long-term relationships across a portfolio of high-profile accounts
- Creating account strategies aligned to customer goals, challenges, and priorities
- Leading regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, contract expansion, and service improvement
- Owning revenue and growth plans for each account
- Leading renewals and commercial negotiations to protect and grow customer value
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure actions are delivered and accountability is clear
- Proactively managing risks to customer satisfaction and retention
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in account management or commercial customer-facing roles
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Background in ERP, SaaS, or subscription-based software environments
- Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial judgement with a track record of account growth and retention
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage at operational and senior leadership level
- Highly organised, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- HubSpot CRM experience is advantageous
